Executive & Leadership Coaching

Executive and team coaching uses 360-degree feedback, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience-based methods to enhance leadership, foster collaboration, and drive performance, ensuring growth and resilience in dynamic organizational environments.

  • Executive Coaching
    PCC/CPCC

As an executive coach, I hold space for executives at all stages of their careers to explore what is most meaningful and purposeful for them while discerning what steps to take while walking their leadership journeys. Whether working with executives as individuals, or within the context of their collective leadership team, I coach from a place of deep curiosity of, and listening for all that is possible, aligned to desired outcomes and agendas of my clients.

  • Leadership Development Coaching
People lead from all the roles they embody and lead from a centred presence, where individuals are tapped into their wholeness, unleashes and unlocked potential. Partnering and witnessing my clients on their journeys has long been a part of my work, for over 20 years now! Whether you are just getting started in your role as a leader, are currently in pursuit of your next role or navigating transformation & change, please know that I am here to help you navigate the complexities of work and life.
  • Team Coaching & Collective Leadership Development
    ICF ACTC, STC, ORSC

We are moving from the time of IQ and EQ to We-Q. Our collective intelligence & unity is what will allow our teams to perform and thrive. Relationships can be complex and being in the right relationship with ourselves, so that we can have authentic and high integrity relationships within our teams is key to achieving desired outcomes.

  • High Potential Coaching
Coaching high-potential clients in today’s complex organizations focuses on accelerating leadership readiness, strategic thinking, and resilience. Using tools like strengths-based coaching, emotional intelligence development, and scenario planning, coaches help emerging leaders navigate uncertainty, drive innovation, and enhance influence, ensuring they thrive in dynamic, high-stakes environments and deliver lasting impact.
  • Women’s Leadership Coaching
Women who decide the path of leadership is for them still face glass ceilings along the path to leadership. Learning to discern and decide, balancing community and agency and the various socialised conditions of what it means to be a woman across various cultures is incorporated into my coaching containers serving women walking their paths.
  • Somatic & Embodiment Coaching
My approach to working with clients combined the latest in neuroscience, holistic practice and mindfulness to help leaders, teams & organisations learn to adapt and take new actions aligned with what they care about, their shared vision & purpose & values, even under the same old pressures. Embodiment coaching incorporates our whole human experience into the coaching container, our thoughts (heads), our emotions (hearts) & our senses (bodies) and consider how we co-create with others through our working relationships
  • ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching
    Coaching versus cognitive behaviour therapy

An individual with ADHD may engage in coaching and/or may seek therapy for their concerns. Most coaching is based on principles found in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Both coaching and CBT often use the following elements: goal setting, prioritisation, motivation, organisational skills, planning and scheduling, problem solving, stress management, impulse control, confidence and self-esteem building, relationships and communication skills, memory improvement and homework activities. However, coaching is viewed as a wellness model and not designed to help a client heal or deal with psychological barriers to growth.
